Hello, I am a professor of the Geography Program at the University of Northern British Columbia (UNBC) and a former Canada Research Chair in Glacier Change. My research interests include process geomorphology, paleo-environmental reconstruction, process geomorphology, quaternary and surficial geology, and surface hydrology. I completed my Bachelor’s (1994) and Master’s (1996) degrees from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and my PhD is from the University of British Columbia (2002). I have been interested in the mountains since high school. I enjoy hiking, skiing, camping, canoeing, and being a father of two boys.
